Anyone have an update on why 3M was down again on the week? Any trial that I missed? How is the situation going anyway? Thanks for the info, as I can't track anything down anywhere and am thinking of buying when they are at $96.

What I don't like about 3M is that for the last 5 years the share price has defacto been going down all the time... it doesn't look good to me at all, even for such a big company.
For me a good opportunity to buy
I see it the same way, it's just risky for me because of the litigation. Price-wise it makes sense to me though, we're at maybe a 50-week low.
Regarding the lawsuit, I read that they want the CEO to speak, otherwise nothing yet. As for the drop in the week, the Dutch government is to blame, as they have said they will hold the company responsible for the release of per- and polyfluorinated alkyl substances (PFAS), the so-called perpetual chemicals, into the Dutch river Scheldt.
