I only have $MPW but I wouldn't shop there. Thanks for the tips, I didn't know $LTC at all.
I'm not investing in REITs yet, but I do plan to buy $O soon.
Especially $WPC and $O. But I would also look at $STAG, $NNN, $PSA and $KRC.
Dividend yield >3.5%, D/E <6, Mid cap+$PSA $CCI $O $STAG $ADC $NNN $EPR $EPRT $IRM, but then maybe even $PLD or $FRT.
Definitely LTC.
I'd lean more towards LTC, I find born from second choice slightly undervalued.
