If you had to choose a REIT right now, which one would it be? $O+0.6% is classic, I'm tempted by $LTC-0.5% or maybe $MAIN+1.0%. What do you think? I'm obviously aware of the risks associated with REITs.

I only have $MPW+0.6% but I wouldn't shop there. Thanks for the tips, I didn't know $LTC-0.5% at all.
I'm not investing in REITs yet, but I do plan to buy $O+0.6% soon.
Especially $WPC+1.4% and $O+0.6%. But I would also look at $STAG+0.7%, $NNN+0.5%, $PSA+0.7% and $KRC-1.0%.
I'll add this interesting fact that WPC is expected to become a dividend aristocrat this year, this could not only add to its prestige, but will probably be added to some ETFs.
Dividend yield >3.5%, D/E <6, Mid cap+$PSA+0.7% $CCI+1.0% $O+0.6% $STAG+0.7% $ADC+1.3% $NNN+0.5% $EPR-0.2% $EPRT+0.3% $IRM-2.2%, but then maybe even $PLD+1.3% or $FRT-2.8%.
Definitely LTC.
I'd lean more towards LTC, I find born from second choice slightly undervalued.
