I'm not investing in REITs yet, but I do plan to buy $O3.2% soon.

Especially $WPC4.4% and $O3.2%. But I would also look at $STAG6.9%, $NNN4.4%, $PSA6.0% and $KRC9.1%.

Dividend yield >3.5%, D/E <6, Mid cap+$PSA6.0% $CCI0.7% $O3.2% $STAG6.9% $ADC3.1% $NNN4.4% $EPR8.2% $EPRT7.7% $IRM9.8%, but then maybe even $PLD9.4% or $FRT8.1%.

Definitely LTC.

I'd lean more towards LTC, I find born from second choice slightly undervalued.
