I'd buy at that price.
I recently bought at $58, so I'm waiting for now, but I like the company and certainly if it goes lower still, which may be happening due to rising interest rates, I will definitely overbought once rates are low again, I believe this sector will go higher.
I'm a little worried that the cosmetic rate adjustments are no longer scaring investors
I don't think so, and not today at all, shot up like a pig. So I don't even want to scare them, but I've made cash now and the only thing that annoys me about it is that I don't know what to buy at these prices.
I managed to catch a pretty nice drop in 2020, so now I'm still waiting... there's always a better thing to buy
