US companies Warner Bros Discovery and Paramount Global are in talks about a merger, but its specific form has not yet been determined. Citing sources, foreign media reported the news on Wednesday, but the companies themselves have not commented. If they were to merge, two of the five major film studios in Hollywood would be under one roof.

I guess why not, it sounds interesting and might not be a bad move.
So for me it would be good to merge it though in general, I also think there are unnecessarily too many services in this, but again it's competition no. 😊 ...btw, a few hours before you I added this too, but yours is in better attention time. 😁
