PLTRPentagon last week announced a contract that marks another step in the implementation of artificial intelligence in military operations. The system, known as Maven, is to use advanced artificial intelligence algorithms and machine learning capabilities to scan and identify enemy systems. 🎯
According to a press release fromthe Kentucky National Guard, the U.S. Army is already actively pursuing the use of this technology within Central Command Middle East. TheMavensystem is designed to integrate data from multiple ISR sources (Intelligence Surveillance & Reconnaissance) and enable rapid and accurate target identification. 🛰️
One of the main objectives of the project is to improve the decision-making capability of commanders and increase operational efficiency through faster data processing and analysis. This technology allows filtering specific parameters, sorting large amounts of information and providing relevant data in near real time. ⏱️
The contract was awarded to a subsidiary of Palantir USG and is a fixed-price contract. The project is scheduled for completion on 28 May 2029. This contract follows another significant contract worth $178 million for the development of a ground station TITANwhich focuses on advanced data fusion and depth sensing capabilities through artificial intelligence. 🌐

I recently saw a targeting system using artificial intelligence, and it literally takes your eyes off of you. For me, a great strategy and I think it will help the company quite a bit. I haven't followed the company at all, but I recently added it to my watchlist and will be waiting for a lower price.
