There was a discussion here a while ago about overbuying $O-0.6% and most said when it was under 60 :) and there we are now, overbuying?
The$O-0.6% 's pretty nicely carved up now. What's the ideal entry price for you? I'm at the point now that I'd be lowering the average purchase price, and I'm quite tempted to add at least a little bit. How about you?
Investors, what stocks or ETFs have you bought recently and do you plan to buy any stocks in the near future?
I was buying $SPY+0.9%, $^NDX+1.2% and $MO+0.2% at the beginning of the month. I still plan to buy shares of $O-0.6% in the next week.
If you had to choose a REIT right now, which one would it be? $O-0.6% is classic, I'm tempted by $LTC-0.2% or maybe $MAIN+0.8%. What do you think? I'm obviously aware of the risks associated with REITs.

Has anyone checked the performance against SPY? Yield including dividends for 1y,3y,5y,10y (1.45%, 19.5%, 50%, 124%) vs. SPY including dividends (18.55%, 50.6%, 71.8%, 223%)
What percentage of your portfolio is REITs? I only have Reality Income $O-0.6% and WP Carey $WPC and they take up about 11.5%.

How do you see it with REITs? In general, real estate is expected to go down. Theoretically, then even companies like Realty Income $O-0.6% could go down a few % and it was a nice time to add as well.

I'm not shopping yet. However, if prices go down, I would like to buy $O-0.6%.

For me, it's a cool way to easily diversify away from all those big tech companies.
