Of the REIT sector, these are the only two I have and want. If it was just about attractiveness, I'd go with VICI, but given some stability in fundamentals, etc., I'd go with O. REITs are pretty well represented in my portfolio. I have a larger amount of money in O, but right after that is VICI where I also have little. I'm looking forward to when the Fed starts cutting rates :D
Do you have any dividend stocks on your watchlist that you expect to grow more in the next few years? For me it could be Reit like $O+1.2%

Realty Income will report results today. I've been buying quite a bit of $O+1.2% stock on a regular basis lately as the price has been great so I'm very interested in the results.

It's November here and I was wondering what stocks have you been buying over the last month? For me, the last month has been a bitcoin $BTCUSD+0.1% reit change($O+1.2%) and the addition of $TSLA+2.1% in addition to the classic SNP 500 ETF. What interesting purchases did you make in October? :)
Investors, which companies are due to pay you a dividend in the near future?
I am very grateful for the portfolio tracker here on Bulios, as I no longer have to look all over the place for when my dividend is coming and I have everything in one place and now in October I should be getting a dividend from $O+1.2% and $MO+0.3%.
Investors, which REITs are included in your portfolio?
REITs are down quite a bit this year, so I've been adding shares of $O+1.2% and $VICI and plan to take a closer look at $WPC+0.3%. Shares of $O+1.2% even got below $50 last month so I overbought, but the price is still great for me so I'll be overbought some more this month.

I'm thinking of listing a PUT on $NIO-5.1%, and probably some CALL spreads to go with it.
How do you see it now with Reit like $O+1.2%, will they go down as long as the Fed raises more and then theoretically when rates are cut they could go up? That means next year , when the plan so far is 2024 for the first rate cut.

I've been overbought REITs regularly lately, but I believe the stock will go even lower and then I would buy more :)
Reits are very nicely priced at the moment and I personally think that with interest rates coming down, reits could start to profit nicely and grow in price, which are your favourites? I'll highlight $O+1.2% or $VICI

Buying ETFs is like putting on clean socks in the morning... classic :) I am accumulating and will gradually pour cash into the market and into individual titles.
The two you have, I have them too and I'm very happy with them, if there's a drop yet, as my purchases are quite low, I'll buy more. The $LTC+0.7% I don't know much about, but I have another 3 reit in my portfolio and that's $ABR+0.3%
