I like $VICI+0.0% too, Casinos are a business that won't die.
Definitely $O+0.6%, then look at $MPW+0.6% there but be careful.
For me, $O+0.4%
$WPC+1.4%, $STAG+0.7%, $PSA+0.7%. To pick up some of the watchlist. That WPC is a decent price right now.
I would also like to buy some reit and so far $O+0.6% seems to be the best.
So of course $O+0.6%, then maybe $STWD+0.6%. But with all of them you have to remember that there are quite big risks.
