I like $VICI too, Casinos are a business that won't die.

Definitely $O, then look at $MPW there but be careful.

For me, $O+0.4%

$WPC, $STAG, $PSA. To pick up some of the watchlist. That WPC is a decent price right now.

I would also like to buy some reit and so far $O seems to be the best.

So of course $O, then maybe $STWD. But with all of them you have to remember that there are quite big risks.
