So it's not just $MSFT+1.9% that has resorted to a big investment in AI this year in the form of an investment in OpenAI. $AMZN+1.8% has announced that it will invest up to $4 billion in artificial intelligence startup Anthropic.
As part of the deal, Anthropic will use Amazon's custom chips in its AI software. Amazon then agreed to use its startup partner's technology in its products across its entire business.

How do you see it now with Reit like $O-1.9%, will they go down as long as the Fed raises more and then theoretically when rates are cut they could go up? That means next year , when the plan so far is 2024 for the first rate cut.

$ADBE+2.2% Adobe released results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2023. The company achieved record quarterly net recurring digital media revenue growth of $464 million. Total revenue was $4.89 billion, up 10% year-over-year, or 13% in constant currencies. Net earnings per share even increased more than 20% year-over-year. Now they're also starting to dabble in AI.
