Overwhelmingly pleased with Amazon's $AMZN+0.8% results. We're seeing growth in revenue (+11% yoy), earnings, earnings per share, the AWS segment (+12% yoy and that's not even properly reflecting the AI bet) and the advertising business is up 22%. Good old Amazon is back 🔥 In the aftermarket the stock jumped almost +9%.
Plus, Amazon said it expects its Q3 sales to grow 9% to 13% compared to the previous quarter.

So finally satisfactory results. The cloud segment in particular was probably such an uncertainty. Investors will appreciate this.
It's great. They handled the worse situation they struggled with last year well. The other segments are going to get bigger and better. I'm looking forward to it :)

The results are amazing, I've been quite impressed with how quickly the cost saving measures are making a positive impact and how the cloud unit is getting into shape.
Above all, the quarter showed us that the cloud business is back on track. The outlook is great too, so I'm happy as a shareholder.
