I keep ETFs somewhere around 50-60% of my overall portfolio as a sort of safe and quality savings and am currently looking at buying BSE Sensex ETFs as well.

ETFs make up about 50% of my portfolio, and other than the SP500 I buy $^NDX+0.3%.

In terms of ETFs, I find it particularly interesting to invest in exchanges that are less accessible or virtually inaccessible to the retail investor. So, for example, India or Saudi Arabia. Buying overpriced US indices doesn't quite appeal to me at the moment.

Not geographically specific to certain countries or regions, but I have clean energy and robotic ETFs that are globally focused even though the top holdings are dominated by the US. It's logical if you have a viewpoint of a reasonable combination of returns and safety of investment so most are just there.

It's gonna be like, well. But again, the chances of a boom geographically in a developing country, for example... the possibility there doesn't seem unrealistic to me. Of course, the risk is much greater

The classic $SPY+0.0% + All-World and, if it takes, $BRK-B-0.7% 😁

$VOO+0.1% and Invesco Water Resources ETF $PHO-0.4%. PHO invests globally in companies such as American Water Works, Danaher and Xylem, among others. It is about less than 10% of the portfolio.

So a sector... and a fairly large exposure. 10% 🤔 How long a horizon do you have set there?

I have S&P, All-world and developing countries.

$SCHD+0.5% has been getting a lot of press lately. All the more so now that it's been relatively decimated. I've considered it, but stock picking seems more fun and potentially more profitable. I don't have any ETFs currently, but I still have some India ETFs in my head (EPI, INDA,...).

I guess there's a problem with the purchase, right?

There shouldn't be a problem with buying e.g. through IBKR, but I can't guarantee it. Rather, there are higher fees on them than we are used to.

I've been looking at it for a while, but I would prefer an accumulation version.
