Few people here write about luxury brands, I saw maybe LVMT and that was it. But what do you think about Hugo Boss ($BOSS) stock? A very stable company with a desirable product, plus they continue to raise targets for the coming years.

The company forecasts annual sales of 5 billion euros ($5.4 billion) by 2025, compared to the previous target of 4 billion euros it expects to meet this year. Hugo Boss has undergone a brand overhaul under former Tommy Hilfiger boss Daniel Grieder after many years, investing in marketing to boost sales and expand market share. It is also targeting an operating profit (EBIT) of 600 million euros by 2025 against a previous target of around 480 million and an EBIT margin of at least 12% against a previous forecast of around 12%.

This is a very interesting opportunity in my opinion.

Thanks for the report. I hadn't thought about buying shares in this company, but the company looks interesting. However, I think I like $MC.PA+2.4% stock better.

This whole industry is great, but I have one problem with investing in it - when will people realize that it's pointless to buy it? 😀

I also had a big problem with this for quite a long time, but then I discussed it with my friend at lunch and she explained it to me;) If those particular brands don't ruin their reputation they have their future secured and Hugo Boss has already passed the stress test during the Second World War;)

It's just that I don't think people are going to stop buying it. It's capitalism here, and there are a lot of rich people. They're just wearing this😅

This is what I asked myself. Of course, I think there are and will be enough rich people who will buy these products all the time.

I like LVMT. That's the brand around the corner. I'd think about it.

The company is certainly good and well known in its field. It has overlap and competitive advantage. I'm just not focusing on Europe...

And isn't that a shame in a way? I understand the dismissal of Europe in various investments, but luxury brands? There are and will be rich people, so there will be demand for such products. For me, these brands are a very good choice, investment wise of course.

In a way, it's a shame, but I guess I'm at peace with it😊I believe these signs will still be here and getting bigger...
