Shares of $ASML-1.8% are up more than 10% this year, but the share price is still a great buy for me. Yesterday ASML reported its results, which I view quite positively, but the stock was down about 5% after the results and I did a little overbought.

Do you have $ASML-1.8% stock in your portfolio and are you overbought at the current price?

You may have caught that Canon is launching an alternative product that is capable of producing 5nm cycles. It's nicely done here, so someone might be interested in https://youtu.be/8UdNB3ZY4Ks?feature=shared

I didn't even notice that. Thanks for the info and for the link.

I don't see any growth there for 2024 I think, so it could stay at that price for a while. 2025 will make up for it then, so we'll see how far ahead the market is looking.

It's as you write. I don't see 2024 as very positive and it should be rather stagnant and then in 2025 that should change and sales and shares should start to grow.

For me the best company we have in Europe, sure I like a couple of energy companies from Norway, but they are not as well known and not nearly as successful as ASML.

I see it the same way, it really is the best company in the EU for me.

I have had ASML in my portfolio for many years and I am not going to change anything. It is a long-term investment and it is a quality company, and the results confirm this. I would not be afraid to buy in, as far as I am concerned, but I will not recommend anything to anyone.

I understand and agree. It's a very high quality company and the current price is a great buy.

I don't, but I wouldn't be at all opposed to buying at this point. The stock seems undervalued to me and the company is indispensable to many other companies.

Exactly, and I totally agree :D
