I have the classic $O-0.1% and $VICI+0.3%:)

If I wanted to buy a REIT, I'd probably reach for $O-0.1%... I simply like the distribution of their tenants, who aren't at much risk of default. Long term, they are able to grow, though it gets more and more complicated with size.
Since I did my research, I'm of the same opinion.
