👏 Mmcité $MMCTE.PR has won the first prize in the Rising Star category of the Small and Mid-cap Awards, organised by the European Commission and European Issuers in cooperation with the European Federation of Exchanges (FESE).

Each year, small and mid-sized companies are nominated in four separate categories, which include International Star, Rising Star, Star of Innovation and Star of 2024. An independent jury, assembled by the European Commission, selects a shortlist of three companies from each category to compete in the final round. Last year, Starteepo, which advises companies on their entry into the capital market, was awarded the European Capital Market Award by the European Commission. Starteepo was also behind the successful IPO of the award-winning mmcité on the Prague Stock Exchange.

Mmcité is a leader in the design and production of urban furniture, which it successfully exports worldwide. In 2023, it successfully entered the Start market of the Stock Exchange, raising a total of CZK 160 million from investors in an initial public offering (IPO). Since the IPO, the total value of the company has increased by 99% to the current NOK 954 million.

This year mmcité was also awarded on domestic soil, when it was named Company of the Year 2024 in the Zlín region.
