Investors, which companies' results will you be watching next week?
I'm very interested in the results of $MMM, $KO, $MSFT, $GOOGL $WM, $META or maybe $AMZN. Next week will be very interesting as far as company results are concerned and I'm very interested and looking forward to the results of several companies.

This week is going to be big, there is a lot of it, but most of all I am waiting for info around $ENPH where it has already fallen quite a lot and where I am quite invested, so I wonder what the next drop will be, which I rather expect, but hopefully not so big.
Amazon.com $AMZN used an algorithm code-named "Project Nessie" to test how much it could raise prices so that competitors would follow suit, according to redacted portions of the Federal Trade Commission's monopoly lawsuit against the company.
According to people familiar with the allegations in the complaint, the algorithm helped Amazon increase profits on items across shopping...

I've been thinking about buying $AMZN stock for a long time, but I'll wait a while for a better price.
So it's not just $MSFT that has resorted to a big investment in AI this year in the form of an investment in OpenAI. $AMZN has announced that it will invest up to $4 billion in artificial intelligence startup Anthropic.
As part of the deal, Anthropic will use Amazon's custom chips in its AI software. Amazon then agreed to use its startup partner's technology in its products...

Investors, what stocks have you been most interested in recently and why?
I've been interested in $AMZN, $NKE and $CVX stocks lately. I see some potential in all three stocks, and $NKE and $CVX are at a nice price recently. Plus, all three stocks are from a completely different sector. Tech. stocks are already in my portfolio, but NKE and CVX could diversify my portfolio nicely.
Have a good weekend, investors. How do you feel about the dependence of tech giants like $MSFT $GOOGL $AMZN on artificial intelligence chips from $NVDA?
These tech giants are progressing in developing their own chips for their data centers with AI deployment. An important example is $MSFT 's recent investment in d-Matrix, a company that designs optimized chips to power...

It's very possible that the tech companies will make the chips themselves and won't be so dependent on Nvidia.
Big tech companies are "threatened" by the European Union + Apple is now in trouble in China.
Amazon $AMZN, Alphabet $GOOG, Apple $AAPL, Microsoft $MSFT, Meta $META and ByteDance (is a Chinese internet technology company) now have six months to comply with stricter market rules.

I don't really get it and it annoys me terribly ( to put it politely). As soon as a country, or in this case the EU, needs money it goes after companies that are doing well. It pisses me off that when a country or the EU needs money and they have a huge debt they go after these companies. Otherwise, I'm not worried about Apple. Apple will and probably already is building factories in India and will target India, so I don't see a problem there.
I Despite the fact that $AMZN stock is currently pretty high I am thinking about including $AMZN stock in my portfolio. According to the Bulios indicator, the stock is overvalued by over 30%, but in the long run I wouldn't be afraid to buy even at the current price. I would want to hold Amazon stock for the long term and if the share price gets below $120, I would already be...

I also like the company and have it in my portfolio. As you write with and others here agree, as per the log term why not, surely in maybe 10 years the price will be a lot different, I expect upside. 😊 As for how much it is overvalued, to some extent it is individual. It's great to know a fair price, or be able to calculate it, but it depends on what parameters you put in, although most are the same from spreadsheets, there are a few that are just yours so it can vary. I personally don't buy yet, my purchase is something around $100 and I figure I'm not out of the woods yet so if we got lower, like the $120 you mention, I'd be overbuying. 😊

I've been thinking about that, too. I'll take a closer look at this company, but in the long run I probably wouldn't be afraid to buy at the current price.
The SP500 index is up over 14% for the year, which is very respectable. The $SPY is up this year mainly due to technology stocks, which are up tens of % this year and some are even up over 100%, such as $NVDA or $META. The SP500 is rising this year mainly thanks to $AAPL, $MSFT, $NVDA, $META, $AMZN and $GOOGL. However, the question is whether these technology stocks will...

It's growing incredibly and it makes me happy, but I would be happier if I had AMZN stock in my poetfolio :D
Overwhelmingly pleased with Amazon's $AMZN results. We're seeing growth in revenue (+11% yoy), earnings, earnings per share, the AWS segment (+12% yoy and that's not even properly reflecting the AI bet) and the advertising business is up 22%. Good old Amazon is back 🔥 In the aftermarket the stock jumped almost +9%.
Plus, Amazon said it expects its Q3 sales to grow 9% to 13%...
