Good evening, Buliosians! How are you going to take advantage of the current market downturns?📉
Of the growth companies, $SOFI-1.9%, $MRVL-0.8% and a number of others I've been following for a long timeare getting pretty interesting prices for me . These two companies have seen tremendous growth in the past year, but despite quality results the price is down significantly.
Arms stocks break records: an opportunity for investors?
Defence sector growth in Europe has reached new highs thanks to increased defence spending and the drive for strategic independence from the US. The STOXX Europe Aerospace & Defense Index rose 9% over the week, with Hensoldt (+22%), Leonardo (+16%) and Dassault Aviation (+15%) posting the strongest gains.
I thought about buying $LMT1.1%, but in the end I didn't buy anything and unfortunately I only found out about $RHM.DE0.1% when it grew so significantly.
Novo Nordisk shares fell 9% today following news that the weight loss drug CagriSema was not as effective as expected in clinical trials. Investors may not be happy with such news, but on the other hand, this decline can be used to increase the position.
What do you think about this news? Are you buying $NVO0.3% after today's drop?
Beyond Tesla - What weight do you give to Elon Musk's statements? Musk actually wants the US to leave NATO 🤔 Would that encourage even more investment in the EU arms industry in your opinion?
The company $KARIN.PR-1.3% has published preliminary results for the year 2024, which was the most successful period in the history of the KARO Group. Operating EBITDA increased 170% year-on-year to CZK 96 million and the Group expects further dynamic growth.
The S&P 500 ($^GSPC0.6%) is down about 5% in the last month and $^NDX-0.0% is down about 8%. I'm currently overbought mostly individual stocks, but this time I also overbought the Nasdaq 100.

Starbucks $SBUX is at a pivotal stage of transformation. After CEO Brian Niccol took over, significant changes, layoffs and a "Back to Starbucks" plan are coming .
Broadcom reported very solid results yesterday, beating expectations. Shares of $AVGO-1.0% subsequently rose 12% in the aftermarket. I'm buying now on the dips, so we'll see if the rise continues or if this is just a short-term reaction.
What do you think of Broadcom's results? Do you have shares of $AVGO-1.0% in your portfolio?
I've only bought into $AMD-0.5% stock from the semiconductor sector so far. But if the stock falls further, I would also buy $AVGO-1.0% and $ASML-1.8%.

If you had to choose now, would you rather have $LMT1.1% or $RHM.DE0.1%stock in your portfolio ?
While $RHM.DE0.1%stock is up significantly this year, $LMT1.1% stock is down quite a bit. I would prefer Rheinmetall because of the current situation, but the stock is very overvalued right now.
Despite the high price, I still find $RHM.DE0.1% more interesting. The stock may have risen now, but the company still has huge potential. With $LMT1.1%, the big risk is Musk, who can negatively impact this company.

He promises a lot and I wouldn't put too much weight on it because he says what he wants and how it suits him.

I don't have ETFs in my portfolio and I buy specific stocks. The closest thing I have to an ETF is $BRK-B1.2%, but that's expensive right now.
