I haven't had many interesting companies on my watchlist in the last couple of months, but recently ON Semiconductor caught my eye. It makes chips for automakers like Tesla, GM, Hyundai, Ford and VW. While it's not in an ideal situation right now and its results aren't great, it has quite a bit of potential and the stock is cheap right now.
💊 AbbVie off to a good start in 2025: Immunology pulls growth, obesity drug as a new opportunity! Pharma giant AbbVie $ABBV has started this year in very solid shape. The first quarter results exceeded market expectations and point to a successful transformation of the company's portfolio after a decline in revenue from Humira (an autoimmune disease treatment).
Tesla shares $TSLA are up nearly 25% for the week, approaching $290, even as the company's results and technology momentum lag.
Reasons for the rise:
Market psychology: Investors, especially retail investors, believe the stock around $220 was "cheap enough" even though the P/E ratio is extremely high (~156).
Return of Musk: Ironically, the poor results are raising expectations... Read more
Definitely an interesting sector and I would love to be invested in gold in some way. Earlier someone here mentioned $KGC stock and that seems the best so far.
Hello, investors! I would like to ask you under what circumstances you are reassessing your investment thesis. When does the moment come for you when you tell yourself that you're not actually buying the dip anymore... Read more
Certainly when fundamentals change, there are poor results, margins fall and competitive advantage is lost. Simply put, when a company's fiancials deteriorate.

Have you ever been affected by the FOMO effect? If so, in which investment or stock?
I got influenced by it in the beginning mainly in $NKE and $CVS. I did what everyone else was doing and was afraid of being left behind - which was a mistake. But I've taken a different approach over the last year, and I'm trying to be guided mostly by facts, not sentiment.
📡 Texas Instruments and the return to growth! After a long streak of nine quarters of declining sales and earnings , Texas Instruments $TXN is finally bouncing back from the bottom. Q1 2025 results brought positive sentiment. Shares jumped by more than 6 %.
For me, $ON is much more interesting and attractive. They have much more potential and the business works better. It's only a matter of time before the stock starts to rise.
What do you think of Intel's results? Does anyone else have $INTCstock in their portfolio?
I think the results were not too bad, but the company is still not doing well (detailed info is in flash news). I never had$INTC stock in my portfolio and I would definitely not invest in this company now.
Fidelity National Information Services $FIS has been below the investment radar despite offering a combination of recurring returns, low exposure to consumer fluctuations and an interesting valuation. Although the stock is down more than 7% since the start of 2025, analysts like Dan Kupferberg view FIS as a promising candidate for an earnings season rebound.
📊✈️ Boeing and improving results! After a wild period, cautious optimism is coming from Boeing $BA. Q1 2025 results point to a positive shift, but it remains overshadowed by ongoing challenges in manufacturing, geopolitics and brand credibility.
Do you have tobacco company stocks in your portfolio?
These dividend stocks are doing quite well this year, as $MO-0.4%, $BTI2.1% and $PM are up more than 10% since the beginning of the year. Last year I had $MO-0.4% in my portfolio and was very happy, but this year I sold the dividend stocks and bought growth stocks.

I've been looking at this company, but so far I'm only investing in this industry through Tesla.

The $220 was great for overbought and establishing a position. Now I would expect growth thanks to Robotax.

Do you have any stocks in your portfolio that you invest in regularly using DCA?
I don't invest in individual stocks regularly yet, but I'm thinking it might not be a bad idea to invest regularly in $AMZN or $AAPL, for example .

I don't have one in my portfolio at night and I only invest once. If I wanted to invest regularly, I would choose SP500.

The results are great, but it sucks that the tariffs just affect these companies quite a bit.
