Costco $COST-0.2% reported third-quarter results that missed Wall Street estimates and sent the stock down slightly in premarket trading.

Costco reported fiscal Q3 results of $2.93 per diluted share on revenue of $53.60 billion. Estimates were for $3.32 and sales of $54.61 billion. Cost of goods and administrative and selling expenses increased 1% year-over-year, which had a negative impact on the bottom line. Also contributing to the poorer results was a 7.8% decline in e-commerce revenues.

For me, nothing much changes, I continue to hold the stock.

I don't know much about the company, but thank you for the summary.

I don't have Costco in my portfolio, it may be a stable business for me, but it's not very attractive for growth. Just a defensive stock.

Not bad considering the situation and the ongoing pressures on dealers.

The results for me could definitely be better, but OK. As long as it's not a 25% gap like last year's $TGT, it's fine. I'm holding, too.
