If you had to choose a REIT right now, which one would it be? $O-0.2% is classic, I'm tempted by $LTC+0.5% or maybe $MAIN+1.5%. What do you think? I'm obviously aware of the risks associated with REITs.

I'm not investing in REITs yet, but I do plan to buy $O-0.2% soon.
Especially $WPC-1.0% and $O-0.2%. But I would also look at $STAG+0.1%, $NNN+0.5%, $PSA-0.7% and $KRC.
I'll add this interesting fact that WPC is expected to become a dividend aristocrat this year, this could not only add to its prestige, but will probably be added to some ETFs.
Dividend yield >3.5%, D/E <6, Mid cap+$PSA-0.7% $CCI-0.9% $O-0.2% $STAG+0.1% $ADC+0.5% $NNN+0.5% $EPR+0.3% $EPRT+0.2% $IRM+1.2%, but then maybe even $PLD-0.8% or $FRT-0.6%.
Definitely LTC.
I'd lean more towards LTC, I find born from second choice slightly undervalued.
