Investors, the pharmaceutical company Johnson & Johnson reported results today and the results beat expectations. Overall, I see potential in pharmaceutical and medical device companies and I like to invest in them. I already have $CVS in my portfolio and plan to add $PFE to my portfolio. I would like to add $JNJ to my portfolio, but it is at a high price and I fear it will be at a high price for a long time.
Revenues : $25.53 billion and expected $24.63 billion.
EPS : $2.8 and $2.6 was expected.
Do you have $JNJ stock included in your portfolio or would you like to include it in your portfolio?
$JNJ is probably a fine company too, such a classic. I already have $PFE and $CVS, so I'm not thinking about it though, I'd rather build those positions.
Today this sexton pleased very much. I have mentioned $CVS and it makes me happy. Well then I kind of regret the $JNJ, I've been thinking about it too but since I also have maybe $MPW which is such a reit healthcare and then the failure with $NVAX so I'm thinking, I won't cram more in the healthcare for now, no mistake, $JNJ jumped very nicely today and I agree with the views that it won't go down much on discounts so it was probably a mistake not to buy. To those holding on, congrats. 👍
I also wanted to "diversify" a bit away from technology and tourism, so I bought CVS at $70 but I'm not really interested in anything else in that sector and I don't see much potential there either. Resp. gradual growth I guess, I'm just looking for "wilder" stocks :)
There's nothing to solve here. $JNJ is the top, one just must not expect any ultra potential
I also like $JNJ and I'd say that price won't really see any big discounts.
Jnj won't go down much in my opinion.
I was thinking about JNJ at $154, but ultimately hesitated. I guess you can't get it much cheaper than that. If you look at the chart, -7% YTD is still interesting.
