Any tips on homebuilder stocks?
During higher inflation the construction industry was in a lull, but I expect it to pick back up as rates fall.
Respectively, people won't be afraid to borrow to build. I've read that there is a shortage of new homes in many regions, including America. That's where $DHI-2.6%comes to mind , but I'd like to look at competitors as well.
As rates fall, these companies will do better, but even so, the growth in these stocks is not as good.
Look at $TOL-1.8%. That's a great company in that sector, but it's pretty high now too.
