Hello investors, what would you say is a "must-have" dividend stock? I'm building a dividend portfolio for a friend, and I'd love some inspiration :)

I definitely agree with $O $MO $VICI $PM!
As has already been said here, one doesn't exist :-) Everyone has different expectations and complements their existing portfolio differently. However, for me, if I were to pick one now it would probably be $VICI. The price has been relatively low for a long time, pushed down by interest rates, so there’s potential for some growth in the future within the limits of this category, a decent dividend, and reasonable risk. I had it, I sold it — I need to build capital; around retirement it might be something I’d move part of my portfolio into :-)
For me, the absolutely best dividend-growth ETF is $SCHD .

You're not doing the right thing, because no matter how his portfolio performs, you'll be the one who loses out...
"Must-have" dividend stock, in my view, doesn't exist. What is a great complement for one portfolio can be an unnecessary concentration of risk for another. And a high dividend on its own is not an investment thesis.
I have a position, for example, in $TTE, but not primarily because it has an attractive dividend. I treat it more as a way to add a commodities/energy component to my portfolio. So I would mainly look for a quality business and a sector that fits into my portfolio—not the highest dividend yield in the table.

$MMM, $O, $PM there are many options; it depends on the investor's goals.
