I like $VICI+2.3% too, Casinos are a business that won't die.

Definitely $O+2.5%, then look at $MPW+7.2% there but be careful.

For me, $O+0.4%

$WPC+0.6%, $STAG+1.5%, $PSA+2.1%. To pick up some of the watchlist. That WPC is a decent price right now.

I would also like to buy some reit and so far $O+2.5% seems to be the best.

So of course $O+2.5%, then maybe $STWD+2.5%. But with all of them you have to remember that there are quite big risks.
