Anyone holding $VALE? It made me happy for quite a long time, but now it keeps dropping and the divi cut came too. What is your thesis on this company?
I'm not. Despite a nice dividend, I don't like cyclical stocks. And as is usually the case, a high dividend is not sustainable, as evidenced by the post and comments here.

How much did the dividend go down? And why did it go down so drastically? I had Vale in my sights, but ended up investing in Rio for the short term.
