This week, the US Senate passed Trump's landmark "One Big Beautiful Bill" package, which combines tax breaks, spending cuts and security measures. It is a rather controversial issue, as the proposal almost did not pass the Senate and was decided only by a single vote, which was eventually added by J. D.Vance. In addition, the whole package would significantly increase the debt.
What do you think about it? Do you think it is the right thing to do?
Investors are happy about that, but it could be a big problem in a while and if the result was so close, something is probably wrong.
Unfortunately, the debt will keep rising, but it can't go on forever, and sometimes that spending will have to come down.
