Shares of $INTC rose 7% yesterday on news that Intel plans to eliminate 529 jobs at its Oregon plants. The stock is up so far this year and the company could recover, but I'm still not investing.

Do you think Intel will still recover and grow again?

I would also give it another chance and if the fundamentals change, I would buy a few shares.

Comparing INTC with AMD makes no sense when only one of them has production. Anyway, it's pretty sad to see that it's the best news for the market when this company is firing people that it will then recruit back for completely different money if needed.
