Intel stock is down about 5% probably following the news from ASML. The drop is quite visible on the chart and it was not small, however I would buy $INTC stock down to below $35.

Today I read a new report that Nvidia $NVDA and AMD $AMD are working on Arm-based PC chips. These Arm-based chips, also used for smartphones, often consume significantly less power, which is critical for battery-powered devices.
Intel said it plans to spin off its programmable chip unit and make an initial public offering within two to three years. I don't really know how to view this news, positive or negative? The $INTC stock initially weakened today but is already going back into the black.

Intel $INTC will invest $1.2 billion in Costa Rica over the next two years, the company said. Yeah the drop to $INTC was decent, but I certainly wouldn't buy at the current price and would rather see a price to buy somewhere between $26-30.
