Nvidia is strengthening its dominance in the chip markets.

Today I read a new report that Nvidia $NVDA2.5% and AMD $AMD2.2% are working on Arm-based PC chips. These Arm-based chips, also used for smartphones, often consume significantly less power, which is critical for battery-powered devices.

Intel said it plans to spin off its programmable chip unit and make an initial public offering within two to three years. I don't really know how to view this news, positive or negative? The $INTC3.2% stock initially weakened today but is already going back into the black.
