Investors, which stocks do you think are currently undervalued and are you buying them?
For me, it's currently $MO+0.3%, $O-0.4%, $VICI-0.5% and $P911.DE-0.5%. I will definitely be buying REITs in March.
What is your favoriteREIT (other than $O-0.4%)?
For me, it would have to be $VICI-0.5%, which is the second and final REIT in my portfolio. Also interesting are the shares of $WPC-0.6%, which I don't have in my portfolio, but may include in time.
What stocks are you planning to buy this week?
I'll still be buying REITs, so $O-0.4% and $VICI-0.5% + I'll still be buying $CAT+0.3%.

Investors, which company's results will you be watching next week?
I'm definitely interested in the results of $O-0.4%, $NVDA-0.5%, $VICI-0.5%, $WBD-0.3%, and recently Garmin $GRMN caught my eye, so I'd like to see their results as well .
I see that $LTC-0.6%stock is quite low, the price should rise according to analysts, and the company pays a solid dividend of around 7%. I have $O-0.4% and $VICI-0.5% stocks in my portfolio , but I would be happy to add some more to my portfolio from this sector.

Of the REIT sector, these are the only two I have and want. If it was just about attractiveness, I'd go with VICI, but given some stability in fundamentals, etc., I'd go with O. REITs are pretty well represented in my portfolio. I have a larger amount of money in O, but right after that is VICI where I also have little. I'm looking forward to when the Fed starts cutting rates :D

I'll be buying a dividend stock like I do every month, I'm still figuring out which one.
Investors, which REITs are included in your portfolio?
REITs are down quite a bit this year, so I've been adding shares of $O-0.4% and $VICI-0.5% and plan to take a closer look at $WPC-0.6%. Shares of $O-0.4% even got below $50 last month so I overbought, but the price is still great for me so I'll be overbought some more this month.
Reits are very nicely priced at the moment and I personally think that with interest rates coming down, reits could start to profit nicely and grow in price, which are your favourites? I'll highlight $O-0.4% or $VICI-0.5%

VICII've been buying into REITs quite a bit in recent months. I have $O-0.4% stock in my portfolio, which I try to buy below $60. More recently, I've added $VICI-0.5% stock to my portfolio, which I've been buying below $30. It seems to me that REITs have been getting hammered quite a bit lately, so I've been overbought regularly and looking forward to the dividend coming :D.

$O-0.4% $WPC-0.6% $VICI-0.5% $ABR+1.6% but there are a bunch of quality REITs.
For me a great company, I already have quite a lot of $VICI-0.5% shares and I don't need to buy more.
