Has anyone checked the performance against SPY? Yield including dividends for 1y,3y,5y,10y (1.45%, 19.5%, 50%, 124%) vs. SPY including dividends (18.55%, 50.6%, 71.8%, 223%)

What percentage of your portfolio is REITs? I only have Reality Income $O and WP Carey $WPC and they take up about 11.5%.

How do you see it with REITs? In general, real estate is expected to go down. Theoretically, then even companies like Realty Income $O could go down a few % and it was a nice time to add as well.
