Investors, which REITs are included in your portfolio?

REITs are down quite a bit this year, so I've been adding shares of $O-0.4% and $VICI0.6% and plan to take a closer look at $WPC-0.3%. Shares of $O-0.4% even got below $50 last month so I overbought, but the price is still great for me so I'll be overbought some more this month.

I'll be buying $BTI-0.3%, $O-0.4% and I'll be buying some of $PEP0.1% next week.

Investors, what stocks did you buy or sell last month?

I bought $O-0.4%, $BTI-0.3% and I bought $PEP0.1% last month and as far as selling, I didn't sell anything.

How do you see it now with Reit like $O-0.4%, will they go down as long as the Fed raises more and then theoretically when rates are cut they could go up? That means next year , when the plan so far is 2024 for the first rate cut.

Reits are very nicely priced at the moment and I personally think that with interest rates coming down, reits could start to profit nicely and grow in price, which are your favourites? I'll highlight $O-0.4% or $VICI0.6%

I've been buying into REITs quite a bit in recent months. I have $O-0.4% stock in my portfolio, which I try to buy below $60. More recently, I've added $VICI0.6% stock to my portfolio, which I've been buying below $30. It seems to me that REITs have been getting hammered quite a bit lately, so I've been overbought regularly and looking forward to the dividend coming :D.

What two companies would you recommend to a novice investor at this time? Obviously $GOOGL1.7% $AAPL-3.7% etc is great, but those are at a great price right now. I say maybe $O-0.4% might be a nice buy right now, or even $DIS1.9%.

Investors, what stocks or ETFs have you bought recently and do you plan to buy any stocks in the near future?

I was buying $SPY1.5%, $^NDX1.6% and $MO0.5% at the beginning of the month. I still plan to buy shares of $O-0.4% in the next week.

If you had to choose a REIT right now, which one would it be? $O-0.4% is classic, I'm tempted by $LTC-1.3% or maybe $MAIN2.2%. What do you think? I'm obviously aware of the risks associated with REITs.

Last Friday, the Reality Income $O-0.4% stock went under 60, so I bought in. Have you repurchased in the last week or are you going to today?
